Everyone has to cancel at some point. A lot of time and thought goes into planning your training sessions, so it's only fair to have a cancellation policy.

If by some chance I need to cancel training (this will be rare), I will contact you as soon as practical and you will not be charged for that session - apologies in advance.

  • If you need to cancel your training, you need to contact me by phone, txt or email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled training with no penalty.
  • Canceling upto two hours before will cost you 50% of the fee.
  • Canceling within two hours, you will be charged the entire fee.


Massage Prices

The above pricing is set for sessions between the hours of 0600-1800  Any session to be conducted outside of these hours will be at an extra cost of $25.00

Running, Swimming, Cycling, Triathlon (Sprint, Olympic Distance, Ironman 70.3 & 226)
Our programs run month by month. This allows to adjust for your improvement, taper, build phases are always happening.

Option 1 - Program Only                                                                                 $99.00
Option 2 - Program and ongoing support                                                          $159.00

Option 1 - This will give you a program with all sessions included ie type of run, swim, bike sessions, and all other sessions including strength and conditioning. If a consultation is needed a further $49.00 will be included.

Option 2 - This gives you the same as option 1 however you will have full ongoing access to your coach for any questions and concerns you may have with you program in the way of via email, calls and skype. There will be a weekly feedback form that would be completed by you and sent back to the coach every Sunday so changes can be made to the program if need be. We encourage the use of Training Peaks as a way to track, monitor progress and for you to have your program at hand on your phone.
Also a discounts on PT sessions and massage will apply.
